Group dynamics is one form of intervention conducted by BRSAMPK Handayani to improve the social functioning of children conflict with law. Social functioning is an indicator of a person's success in performing their social function and thus the individual being able to perform their life tasks and fulfill their needs.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether group dynamics influence the social functioning of law-abiding children. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 54 people. The program used for data processing is the application of SPSS for windows version 25.0 and the data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression analysis.
The results of this research shows that the effect of group dynamics on social functioning is 0.411 or 41.1%. This indicates that the influence of group dynamics on social functioning is 41.1% and 58.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this discussion.
